As a premier staffing and sales enablement agency in the cannabis space, we provide the brands and the framework, you provide the engine. This role starts as a \"quarter-time\" (approx. 8 hours/week) pilot. Your mission? Prove the market, dominate the shelves, and scale your own success.

Key Responsibilities

• Territory Ownership: Act as the primary architect of your region. Identify untapped opportunities, map out your own routes, and execute a strategy to make our client brands household names.

• Brand Authority: Educate budtenders and buyers not just on products, but on profitability. You are a consultant helping dispensaries win.
