C3 Industries is seeking a Budtender for the High Profile Cannabis Shop in Webberville, MI. You will deliver exceptional customer service, advise customers on cannabis products, and drive sales with informed recommendations.

Qualifications

1+ years of customer service experience or equivalent.
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
Commitment to reaching KPIs regularly.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide the highest level of service to customers, making their experience the top priority.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and conversion rate goals per store leadership.
Greet customers and verify IDs.
Assist customers with questions on state required forms and update information as needed.
Keep the waiting room and sales floor stocked during downtime.
Educate customers on cannabis properties and proper product selection.
Fill online orders quickly while maintaining customer experience.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to management when needed.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on cannabis trends.
Accurately use and maintain point of sale (POS) systems and follow cash handling policies.
Assist with product intake, inventory counts, and audits.
Collaborate with management to increase sales and foot traffic.
Ensure compliance with dispensary policies and regulatory requirements.
