Job summary

Cloud Detroit is seeking a Full-Time Cannabis Consultant (Budtender) to provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in a regulated cannabis retail environment. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins, process transactions, and support merchandising and inventory management.

The role requires knowledge of cannabis, being at least 21, and availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings. A high school diploma or equivalent and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cannabis required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests personally with enthusiasm and professional demeanor.
• Answering and directing incoming calls to appropriate parties.
• Accurately recording guest identifications and documentation for records.
• Operate computer systems to check-in guests and other duties.
• Manage guest flow into the sales area for a positive experience.
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing and mail sorting.
• Maintain clean and stocked dispensary areas per company standards.
• Input orders, handle cash, and balance cash drawer.
