Garden Remedies, Inc. is seeking a Cannabis Advisor to provide outstanding customer service and cannabis knowledge within our adult-use cannabis dispensary in Marlborough, MA. You will work with a team to assess customer needs and offer informed product recommendations, while maintaining MA compliance and strong product education.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to translate complex cannabis information into accessible guidance for patients and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED, High Set).
• Three years’ retail experience in a team environment.
• Has cannabis knowledge and is up to date on current trends in the industry.
• Familiar with online databases, Point-of-Sale inventory and cash management.

Responsibilities

• Provides high level boutique customer service that consistently exceeds customers’ expectations.
• Accountable for accurately utilizing the Point of Sale system, inventory management and the MA state databases.
• Follows and executes compliant practices adhering in accordance with state regulations and GRI’s standard operating procedures.
• Promotes a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and rooted in education
• Maintains extensive knowledge of the cannabis industry and GRI’s products.
