Job summary

Holistic Health Group in Middleborough, MA is seeking a friendly Budtender to help customers understand and purchase our cannabis products, including flower, concentrates, edibles and topicals. You will share product knowledge, assist management, and ensure a positive shopping experience in a compliant dispensary.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in cannabis retail or related customer service, excellent communication and time management skills, and a commitment to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must stay current and adhere to all policies and regulations of the state cannabis agency.
• Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agency. (21)
• Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
• Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and personalized experience explaining cannabis products.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns quickly.
• Coordinate and fulfill orders using POS and inventory systems.
• Keep dispensary stocked, clean, and customer-focused.
• Meet or exceed daily sales targets.
• Support management to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster a positive, respectful work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
