Job summary

Garden Remedies, Inc. in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Cannabis Advisor. You will deliver high-end customer service, utilize POS and inventory systems, and uphold MA compliance while educating customers about cannabis products.

You’ll develop product knowledge, assist in brand development, and ensure a positive, informative in-store experience for adult-use customers in a busy dispensary setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Cannabis knowledge and awareness of current industry trends.
• Three years of retail experience in a team environment.
• Familiar with online databases, POS inventory and cash management.

Responsibilities

• Provides high level boutique customer service that consistently exceeds customers’ expectations.
• Accurately utilizes the POS system, inventory management and MA state databases.
• Follows compliant practices in accordance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Promotes a positive, customer-service oriented environment rooted in education.
• Maintains extensive knowledge of cannabis industry and GRI products.
• Engages with consumers to understand needs and make informed product recommendations.
• Explains product benefits and dosing methods clearly to customers.
• Maintains compliance with MA regulations and customer purchasing limits.
• Keeps store clean, safe, and well merchandised; reports inventory issues to management.
