Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Personal Care Specialist in Massachusetts to assist patients and customers in a retail cannabis dispensary. You will educate on products, advise on consumption methods, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service experience, flexibility with scheduling, and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Reliable, responsible attendance and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend regimens and stay up to date on product knowledge.
• Maintain store appearance, manage stock, and assist in daily operations.
• Ensure cannabis regulations are enforced and upheld.
