Job summary

You will oversee staffing, training, compliance with state regulations, recruitment, performance management, and ongoing coaching while working closely with the Director of Retail.

Bachelor degree preferred; strong leadership and retail/cannabis experience required; flexibility with hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

• Proven ability to lead a large and complex team.
• Significant experience in retail business, management and/or human resources.

• Oversee daily dispensary operations and ensure exemplary guest and employee experience.
• Train, guide, and coach the dispensary teams to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across operations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Maintain staffing to meet business needs and deliver a best-in-class retail experience.
• Engage with customers on the sales floor to understand success and opportunities.
• Respond promptly to customer requests for product information and training.
