Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary General Manager in Illinois to oversee daily retail operations, staffing, training, scheduling, buying, merchandising, cash and inventory management, and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership to ensure excellent patient experiences and a positive store culture. The GM will hire, coach, and supervise store staff, enforce policies, develop improvements, and manage vendor relationships while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience or study emphasis in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality.
• Minimum of five years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.
• High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
• Must be comfortable with high-volume cash handling.
