Nirvana Cannabis is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Support Staff member to welcome guests and assist on the sales floor in Michigan. You will contribute to a smooth, compliant, and enjoyable customer experience while learning multiple areas of dispensary operations in a hands-on role.

We provide comprehensive training across reception, floor support, and point-of-sale operations, with a focus on compliance and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 30 lbs.
