Job summary

Ascend Wellness Holdings, Inc. (AWH) in Chicago Ridge is seeking a Part-Time Dispensary Associate to guide customers through the cannabis purchasing experience, offer informed product recommendations, and maintain accurate, compliant operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will handle POS transactions, support inventory, and help ensure pricing, displays, and menus are up-to-date while delivering exceptional customer service with a team-minded approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred, cannabis retail experience a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and POS systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the sales process and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date displays, menus, and pricing; keep the store clean and organized.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and manage cash responsibly.
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders for pickup and ensure prompt service.
• Support compliance with state and local cannabis regulations and store policies.
