Job summary

Ascend Wellness Holdings, Inc. ("AWH") is hiring a Part-Time Dispensary Associate in Northlake to guide customers through the cannabis purchasing experience, offer informed product recommendations, and operate with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Part-time shifts range between 15 and 29 hours weekly, with flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Prior cannabis retail experience is a plus; strong customer service and basic computer skills are essential to excel in this

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or GED required.
Retail experience preferred, cannabis retail experience a plus.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Knowledge of basic computer skills.
Cannabis point of sale (POS) software a plus.
Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic.
Must comply with regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining store operations and compliance.
Guide customers through sales transactions and provide product recommendations.
Maintain accurate displays, menus, and a clean store environment.
Fulfill and pack customer orders for pickup and ensure timely data entry.
Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately.
