Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our cannabis retail team in Hamburg, PA. The role partners with the Dispensary Manager to lead a patient-focused team, manage inventory, and ensure FIFO product flow.

You will mentor staff, handle cash and paperwork, and uphold safety and compliance while delivering high-quality customer service. The position requires a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and industry trends, train teammates.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with Store Manager.
• Assist patients in selecting products and understanding cannabis methods of consumption.
• Receive deliveries and ensure manifests are accurate; map deliveries in MJ Freeway.
