Jushi Holdings Inc. in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Retail Sales team under the Dispensary Manager.

You will ensure excellent customer service, train new Patient Care Specialists, and manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance. This full-time, onsite role requires strong product knowledge, supervision skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, while upholding safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
• Experience or study in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.
• Strong math, attention to detail, and reasoning abilities.
• Comfort with cash handling including fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store operations under the Dispensary Manager.
• Mentor and train Patient Care Specialists and staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with Store Manager.
• Assist patients in product selection with knowledge of cannabis methods.
• Receive deliveries and ensure accurate manifests and inventory mapping.
• Handle end-of-day cash, paperwork, and security procedures.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and maintain a clean store.
• Open and close store and support management in all tasks.
