Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in Ardmore, PA is hiring a Shift Supervisor to partner with the Dispensary Manager and lead the team with service, pace, and energy.

You will manage receiving deliveries, input inventory data, restock floor products, and ensure FIFO product flow while maintaining a clean, organized store. This role supports patient care through product knowledge, assists in consultations, enforces cash handling and discount procedures, and helps train new Patient Care Specialists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years combined dispensary, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Strong math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of cannabis products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold policies for sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and industry knowledge and train team accordingly.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Store Manager for stock levels.
• Assist patients in product selection based on consumption methods.
• Receive deliveries, log manifests in MJ Freeway, report discrepancies to resolve.
• Lead onboarding and training of new Patient Care Specialists with Store Manager.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and proper paperwork.
