Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in Philadelphia is seeking a Shift Supervisor to partner with the Dispensary Manager and lead daily retail operations. You will ensure excellent service, accurate inventory, and FIFO compliance while mentoring staff and maintaining a positive, high-energy environment.

The role includes onboarding new Patient Care Specialists, handling cash and paperwork, and enforcing safety and regulatory procedures in a busy cannabis dispensary setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
• High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills
• Must be comfortable adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions and decimals, and high-volume cash handling

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations with the Dispensary Manager to ensure service excellence
• Maintain product knowledge and train team members
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Store Manager
• Assist patients with product selection and education
• Receipt of deliveries and accurate inventory mapping in MJ Freeway
• Perform opening and closing duties and daily email updates
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper paperwork
