Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or management role in retail with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience is required.
• Must pass background checks and be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight of all dispensary operations.
• Drive revenue and profitability through store programs and promotions.
• Oversee inventory, financial records and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash handling protocols and daily reconciliation.
• Coach and develop Leaders and Team Members; ensure staffing and scheduling aligns with labor goals.
