Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to partner with the Dispensary Manager and lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, FIFO compliance, cash handling, and staff development in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting.

You will oversee opening/closing, process deliveries, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while supporting the Store Manager and Patient Care Specialists in guiding patient selections.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow and uphold policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and industry-wide information to train others.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with Store Manager.
• Assist Patient Care Specialists in consultation to guide product choices and cannabis consumption methods.
• Receive new deliveries and map them in MJ Freeway; report discrepancies.
