Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to partner with the Dispensary Manager and lead the store team. You will model exceptional service, drive efficiency, and ensure that all product remains in FIFO order while accurately receiving deliveries and inputting inventory data.

This role requires strong customer service, knowledge of products, and the ability to train Patient Care Specialists. You will manage opening and closing procedures, maintain security and safety, and help keep the

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience or study emphasis in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality.
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.
• High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
• Must be comfortable adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions and decimals, and high-volume cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and model excellent service.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, and strive to train and share that knowledge with other team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate inventory actions with the Store Manager.
• Assist Patient Care Specialists in counseling patients to ensure informed product choices based on consumption methods.
• Receive new deliveries, ensure manifests are accurate, and map deliveries in MJ Freeway; report discrepancies to G/P & Inventory Manager.
• Complete and delegate tasks during shifts, ensure proper paperwork, and follow safety procedures.
• Lead in onboarding and training of new Patient Care Specialists with the Store Manager.
• Ensure opening/closing cash and inventory procedures are completed.
