Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.

• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service and drive sales through recommendations.
• Greet customers and verify IDs.
• Assist customers with questions on forms and updating information.
• Maintain stocked sales floor and clean waiting area.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and product selection.
• Handle online orders quickly while keeping the customer experience in focus.
