Copperstate Farms and Sol Flower is hiring a Shift Lead to drive the dispensary team, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and meet revenue goals. You will supervise, train, and coach staff while maintaining compliance with state cannabis regulations.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and a strong focus on service excellence, with duties spanning operations, cash handling, and cross-functional collaboration with management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a background check to obtain Arizona Facility Agent card.
• 1 year supervising or retail management experience; 1-2 years dispensary experience.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of cannabis POS systems and related technology.
• Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, time management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive the shift and motivate the dispensary team to deliver elevated service and meet revenue goals.
• Act as Store Associate when needed to support front-line operations.
• Achieve sales KPIs and coach Associates to improve performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment throughout the shift.
• Answer questions and resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
• Provide administrative and managerial support to General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
• Handle cash handling duties including cash drops, deposits and audits.
