Job summary

Copperstate Farms and Sol Flower is seeking a Shift Lead for its Scottsdale, AZ dispensary. Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Background check and Arizona Facility Agent card per state requirements.
• 1+ year supervising or retail management experience, 1–2 years dispensary experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail team and drive the shift to meet revenue goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle escalated issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and balance cash handling tasks.
• Train new staff on policies, procedures and POS usage.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis state regulations and store policies.
