Job summary

Copperstate Farms and Sol Flower is seeking a Shift Lead to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales, and lead the dispensary team. The role supports the General Manager and ensures compliance with state cannabis regulations while maintaining high service standards.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of supervisory or retail management experience in a dispensary, plus strong leadership, cash handling, and POS proficiency. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Background check required to obtain Arizona Facility Agent card.
• Minimum 1 year supervising or retail management with 1–2 years dispensary experience.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Technologically proficient with cannabis POS systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, time management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive the shift and motivate an elevated level of service and productivity amongst the dispensary team; assist in opening/closing procedures.
• Perform Store Associate duties as needed during the shift.
• Hit sales KPIs and coach staff to elevate performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in training new employees on policies, processes, procedures, and roles.
• Handle cash handling including drops, closing registers, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis state regulations and laws.
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
