Fine Fettle is a family-owned cannabis retailer hiring a Retail Team Lead to assist the General Manager in managing dispensary operations in Connecticut. The role focuses on supervising staff, improving the patient and customer experience, and handling real-time floor duties.

The ideal candidate has strong customer-facing experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage cash, training, and inventory with attention to detail. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older per state rules.
• High school diploma required; retail experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is beneficial; cannabis knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to deliver a distinctive experience.
• Assist patients with cannabis recommendations and product selection.
• Lead cash handling and daily cash procedures on the sales floor.
• Open/close procedures and supervise staff.
• Train agents on SOPs and provide on-the-spot coaching.
• Conduct POS audits and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Retrieve merchandise from back-of-house to registers and manage returns.
• Monitor shift times, organize daily ops, and resolve issues.
