Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service in retail.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with computer, math, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to mission, values, ethics and professionalism.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons.
• Lead tours of sales floor within the store, making product recommendations.
• Retain knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons and promotions.
• Abide by product handling procedures, safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock of items.
• Operate POS system and cash drawer.
• Work with team to meet sales, guest satisfaction and compliance goals.
• All other duties as assigned.
