Jushi Holdings Inc. in Bristol, PA, is seeking a part-time Dispensary Patient Consultant to join our Retail Sales team.

This onsite role focuses on concierge-level service, guiding patients and patrons through the shopping experience and ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations. You will lead with product knowledge, handle POS transactions, and collaborate with a team to meet sales and customer-satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with customer service in retail.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the company mission and maintain high ethical standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons by answering questions or directing them.
• Lead tours of the sales floor and make product recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of patient benefits, discounts, and promotions to encourage memberships.
• Follow product handling procedures and comply with safety and regulatory policies.
• Keep store clean and organized, stock items, and sanitize as needed.
• Operate cash register and POS system.
• Work with the team to meet sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
