The United Green in New Buffalo, MI is seeking an experienced Dispensary General Manager to oversee daily retail operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

You will manage inventory, compliance with Michigan regulations, cash handling, and performance metrics, while driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably cannabis industry.
• Experience managing a dispensary or high-volume retail operation.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and loss prevention.
• Familiarity with Michigan cannabis regulations.
• Proficient with POS systems and inventory platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all daily dispensary operations, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to company standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering accountability and professional growth.
• Drive sales performance and profitability through effective leadership, customer service, merchandising, and execution.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, performance management, and ongoing employee development.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee inventory controls, product receiving, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Ensure compliance with Michigan cannabis regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies and procedures.
• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, opening/closing procedures, and daily operational reporting.
• Monitor KPIs, sales trends, labor costs, inventory performance, and other metrics for improvements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards and product knowledge.
