The Garden Dispensary in Ohio is seeking a Dispensary Supervisor to lead daily retail operations, coach Budtenders, and ensure full compliance with state regulations. You will act as Manager on Duty, drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance guest satisfaction with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of retail leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail operations while ensuring full compliance with Ohio DCC regulations.
• Coach, develop, and motivate Budtenders; conduct daily shift huddles focused on sales, compliance, and service.
• Provide real-time coaching through observation and feedback; onboarding and training of new employees.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture and recognize achievements while addressing performance concerns.
• Support customer service initiatives, drive sales performance, and maintain inventory accuracy.
