Job summary

TRP seeks a capable Lead to partner with the GM and Co-Managers to drive exceptional customer service and sales in a Tampa retail setting. You will manage inventory, training, and daily operations to maintain top-tier standards and a culture of customer-first service.

You will lead by example, ensuring compliance, accuracy in paperwork, and effective communication while supporting local community engagement and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Passion for and knowledge about Cannabis.
• Thorough knowledge of Cannabis culture and retail dynamics.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising training, quality and customer service in retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in partnership with Co-Managers and the GM to achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Deliver TRP customer experience through training, product knowledge and excellent service.
• Oversee daily inventory management, orders, counts and records.
• Train and supervise Inventory Associates; monitor stock levels and expired products.
• Manage visual presentation and merchandising, including menu updates on Weedmaps and in-store systems.
