Job summary

TRP is seeking a Lead Budtender in Orlando, FL to lead the Budtender team in partnership with the Hospitality CO-Manager and GM. The role focuses on delivering TRP’s world-class customer experience, leveraging deep product knowledge, and driving loyalty through the TRP program.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, a passion for cannabis, and strong MS Office skills. The job includes long hours and weekend work in a storefront setting.

Qualifications

• Requires passion for cannabis and cannabis culture.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising training, quality and customer service in retail.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Budtender team in partnership with the Hospitality CO-Manager and GM.
• Deliver TRP world-class customer experience and drive loyalty program participation.
• Maintain high visual presentation standards and support product knowledge.
• Drive repeat business through local networking and loyalty program.
• Set sales volume and KPI goals with GM and other managers.
• Review KPI data with GM to drive sales and learnings.
• Support visual merchandising, floor sets, and product launches.
• Partner with GM on community outreach and in-store events.
