Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a General Manager for the Rise Dispensary in the US. Lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensure security, inventory accuracy and state compliance, and optimize the end-to-end customer journey across in-store and digital channels.

You will drive revenue through programs, manage budgets, and routinely review performance. A strong focus on talent development, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration is essential to our mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
• At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direction, oversight, and execution of all dispensary operations.
• Drive revenue and profit through effective execution of programs and in-store promotions.
• Oversee and manage quality product inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
