Job summary

Noiré Dispensary, a family-owned cannabis dispensary in Maplewood, NJ, seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive exceptional customer service. The GM will lead budtenders, supervisors, and inventory specialists while upholding the company culture and values.

Responsibilities include managing opening/closing procedures, cash handling, SOP enforcement, and budgeting, with a focus on profitability, vendor relations, and community

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience (cannabis, hospitality, or specialty retail preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cannabis compliance regulations in New Jersey or ability to quickly become compliant.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ employees.
• Must pass background check and obtain all state-required cannabis credentials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations & compliance with CRC rules and local laws.
• Lead staff, hire/train/schedule, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive culture.
• Drive sales by setting and achieving revenue targets and leveraging loyalty programs.
• Oversee budgets, payroll, and expense management; analyze sales data for inventory decisions.
