Job summary

Golden Grail Group operates a dispensary inside a regulated cannabis environment in Oregon. The Product Specialist Shift Lead delivers knowledgeable, compliant service while leading floor activities and supporting store management.

You will educate adult-use customers on strains, cannabinoids, terpenes, formats, and responsible-use concepts, without making medical claims. The role is on-site and requires OLCC compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in Oregon.
• Must possess OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit.
• Experience in licensed cannabis dispensary preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional customer service.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and responsible-use.
• Verify identification and purchase limits per OLCC.
• Process POS transactions and cash handling.
• Provide floor leadership and coordinate workflow.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor OLCC compliance and inventory controls.
• Coach Product Specialists and report issues to management.
