Vireo Health, Inc. in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Budtender for our Green Goods retail dispensary. You will work with a healthcare team to educate customers, assist patients, verify medications, and support a fast-paced in-store experience.

We value strong communication and teamwork. Weekend availability is required. The role reports to the Dispensary Manager and offers $16.50 per hour plus tips and competitive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma and 1-3 years’ experience in a retail environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office required.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass background check and drug test.
• Weekend availability; potential for advancement to management.

Responsabilidades

• Educate and safely deliver products to patients and customers.
• Assist customers and caregivers through the dispensary process.
• Help train other team members in cannabis-based medicines.
• Maintain organized workflow including labeling and charges.
• Comply with state laws and record keeping for compliance.
• Operate cash drawer and complete opening/closing procedures.
• Use computer systems for orders, communications, and deliveries.
• Attend staff meetings and safeguard confidential information.
• Support online orders and patient accounts on the eCommerce platform.
