Qualifications

• A high school diploma and 1-3 years’ experience in a retail environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office required.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail setting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Flexible availability including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and safeguards confidential information and patient safety.
• Assists customers with dispensation process for medical cannabis.
• Completes operational requirements with organized workflow and labeling.
• Uses computer systems for patient communication, orders, and home deliveries.
• Maintains cash drawer and opening/closing procedures.
• Complies with state regulations under pharmacist supervision.
• Participates in recordkeeping and state reporting.
• Attends meetings and continuing education.
• Ensures a clean, infection-controlled workspace.
• Assists patients and caregivers through the dispensary process.
