Vireo Health, Inc. in Dundalk, MD is seeking a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator/Budtender to join our growing cannabis dispensary team. You will work with the healthcare team to educate patients, assist caregivers, and deliver medications in a compliant, customer-focused environment.

This role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years retail experience, and proficient MS Office skills. You will provide exceptional service, handle orders and payments, and support staff while maintaining safety,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 1–3 years in retail
• Proficiency with MS Office required
• Healthcare setting experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to work in a team and independently
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 21 years old by law
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Background check and drug test required; marijuana positive allowed if Maryland cannabis patient

Responsibilities

• Educate and safely deliver medication to medical cannabis patients
• Assist patients and caregivers through the dispensary process
• Train other team members in the use of cannabis-based medicines
• Maintain cash register and accountability for drawer
• Utilize computer systems for daily operations (patient communication, refill orders, appointments, home deliveries)
• Assist with incoming orders, shipments, and deliveries of supplies
• Attend staff meetings and continuing education as directed
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with state laws and regulations
• Review online orders and patient accounts on the eCommerce platform
