Qualifications

• Must have reliable customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Retail experience, especially in cannabis or similar retail, is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic computer and POS operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Must be able to comply with cannabis industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining store operations and compliance.
• Guide customers through sales transactions and provide product recommendations.
• Keep sales floor stocked, displays updated, and the store well maintained.
• Fulfill and package customer orders for pickup and delivery readiness.
• Support inventory, merchandising, marketing, and other in-store tasks as directed.
