Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory/management retail role with POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service to dispensary customers.
• Uphold policies for sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products/strains and train team members.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with management on stock levels.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff with the management team.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure security and safety compliance.
