Qualifications

• Three years of managing teams in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements, including nights and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and ability to pass background checks.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute dispensary operations ensuring compliance with security and local/state regulations.
• Motivate team members to execute programs and promotions effectively.
• Oversee inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash handling, daily reconciliation, and cost controls.
• Schedule staff to align with business needs and ensure coverage.
• Develop leaders and address performance issues promptly.
• Lead omni‑channel customer experience across in‑store, drive‑thru, curbside, and delivery.
