Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Dispensary Access Control Associate to verify customer/patient identification at entry, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a secure, welcoming entrance. You will monitor surveillance, greet patrons, and enforce store policies in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have security/access control experience and a background in retail or cannabis, with strong observation and communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for legal reasons.
• Pass Federal and State criminal history background checks.
• Minimum 2 years of retail or food service experience; 2 years cannabis experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of security/access control related work experience.
• Security Guard training certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify customer/patient identification at entry and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Greet customers, maintain a secure and welcoming entrance, and manage entry flow.
• Monitor security cameras and report suspicious activity to management.
• Keep entry area clean, organized, and compliant with policies.
• Communicate store policies and regulatory requirements clearly to customers.
