DCM Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Dispensary Access Control Associate to verify IDs and maintain a secure, welcoming entry for customers and patients.

This role focuses on compliance with regulatory standards, monitoring surveillance, delivering friendly service, and supporting a smooth entry process in a fast-paced dispensary environment.

On-site five days a week, we value detail, accountability and teamwork, plus a passion for cannabis culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for legal reasons.
• Must pass Federal and State criminal history background checks.
• Two years of retail or food service experience; cannabis experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of security/access control related work experience.
• Security Guard training certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify customer/patient identification at entry to ensure compliance.
• Monitor security cameras and report any concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure entrance area.
• Provide excellent customer service at the entrance.
• Manage the flow of customers entering the dispensary.
• Enforce store policies and regulatory requirements at entry.
