Job summary

You will assist with product selection, explain consumption methods, and ensure compliance with state regulations while supporting store operations. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment and their software (Word, Excel, email).
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage (not medical advice).
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Work well in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Provide product information on types, methods and efficacy.
• Pursue ongoing cannabis education and training.
