Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Cannabis Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and educational guidance on cannabis products.

You will help customers navigate product types, educate on usage methods, and support patient care while ensuring accurate transactions and compliant operations. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail/hospitality, are at least 21, and are eager to learn cannabinoids, terpenes, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to pass background checks and state badgeing.
• Willingness to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product usage methods.
• Ability to use office equipment and basic software (Word, Excel, email).
• Understand Federal, State and local cannabis laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and educational consulting.
• Assist customers and patients with cannabis product information and usage guidance.
• Greet customers, build rapport, and promote repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work station and storefront.
• Process transactions at POS and ensure inventory accuracy in METRC/BioTrack.
• Support managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
• Adhere to local/state regulations and internal procedures.
