Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience required.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check and state badge requirements.
• Willingness to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care and education.
• Assist customers in navigating products and explain use as a wellness option.
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Work well in a fast-paced retail environment with others.
• Provide information on product types, methods and effects (not medical advice).
• Participate in ongoing cannabis education and training.
• Support managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and storefront.
• Verify online orders for accuracy before pickup.
• Understand and apply local/state compliance regulations.
• Stock and merchandise displays and manage inventory.
• Complete POS transactions and ensure METRC/BioTrack updates.
