Verano is seeking a Full-Time Cannabis Advisor for Neptune, NJ to greet customers, educate on cannabis products and assist with purchases. You will uphold compliance, stock displays, and keep the front of house clean while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all regulations.
• Undergo criminal background check and state badging as directed.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care and educate on product use.
• Assist customers in navigating products and promoting repeat visits.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and front of store.
• Process transactions at POS and ensure inventory accuracy in METRC/BioTrack.
• Comply with local, state and company regulations.
