RJK LLC is hiring a Customer Care Consultant for our dispensary. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer and patient service, primarily via phone, while educating clients and following industry regulations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a call center, strong computer/language skills, and preferably Spanish bilingual abilities. Local travel may be required; base pay plus tips of $5–$7/hour are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call center.
• Excellent computer, language and reasoning skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent multitasking skills over the phone.
• Occasionally requires local travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and patient service, educating clients over the phone.
• Aide patrons and patients with telephonic support while following policy and regulations.
• Lead store tours and make product recommendations based on research.
• Maintain knowledge of patient benefits, discounts, and promotions to encourage memberships.
• Operate cash register and POS system; assist in store cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals.
