Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator in Virginia to provide exceptional customer and patient service. The role involves guiding patrons, answering questions, and leading product recommendations while adhering to safety and regulatory policies.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma or GED, 2 years in a call center, strong computer and language skills, and preferably bilingual Spanish. Local travel may be required; a competitive hourly wage is offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center setting
• Excellent computer, language and reasoning skills
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone
• Occasionally requires local travel, as needed

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the company mission and values with professionalism
• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons by answering or directing questions
• Lead tours of sales floor and make product recommendations
• Maintain knowledge of patient/member benefits, promotions and memberships
• Adhere to product handling procedures and regulatory compliance
• Keep store clean and stocked; operate POS system
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and compliance goals
