RJK LLC is hiring a Customer Care Consultant for our dispensary. The role focuses on delivering top-tier customer and patient service, telephonic support, and educating clients. You will handle daily inquiries, promote memberships, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The position offers opportunities for growth within a regulated cannabis environment and requires strong communication, multitasking, and a cooperative team mindset. Some local travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a call center setting.
• Excellent computer, language and reasoning skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Occasionally requires local travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and patient service while educating the client.
• Handle day-to-day customer phone support in alignment with company policy and industry regulations.
• Lead tours of the sales floor and make product recommendations based on current offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts and promotions to encourage memberships.
• Adhere to product handling procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Keep store clean and organized; stock items, sweep, mop, and sanitize.
• Operate cash register and POS system; manage cash drawer.
• Work with team to meet sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals.
