Job summary

Curaleaf Buckeye Lake is seeking a Cultivation Associate to support the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest. You will learn and perform duties across plant care, environmental monitoring, harvesting, and related cultivation tasks in a team-driven environment.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work a Wednesday–Sunday shift in a fast-paced greenhouse setting. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience harvesting in a professional or home setting.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable documentation/inventory skills.
• Ability to operate a scale and take accurate measurements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking and pruning.
• Track humidity, moisture and temperature to maintain optimal conditions.
• Inspect plants for leaf health, pests or disease and remove non-conforming plants.
• Assist with harvest: cut, trim, weigh, and record inventory.
• Support curing by hanging, drying, labeling and weighing flowers.
• Maintain clean and sanitized cultivation areas and equipment.
