Curaleaf is hiring a Cultivation Associate in Taneytown, MD, to grow premium cannabis from clone to harvest. You will learn plant care, environmental monitoring, and harvest processes in a team-driven setting.

We seek individuals with a green thumb, reliability, and a willingness to train across cultivation steps, from propagation to packaging. This full-time, day shift role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience harvesting in professional or home settings is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced cultivation environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, and pruning.
• Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions.
• Inspect plants for health, pests, and disease; remove plants not meeting standards.
• Assist with harvest: cut, trim, weigh, and record inventory.
• Support curing, labeling, weighing, and inventory data entry.
